SwimAlyzer ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our swimming technique analysis application.

2.1 Data Stored Locally

All data is stored exclusively on your device:

Videos: Swimming videos you record or import for analysis
Analysis Results: Technique metrics and scores generated by the app
Settings: Your language preference and app settings
History: Your saved analysis history

Location data
Health data beyond swimming technique analysis
Biometric data
Financial information (handled by Apple)

3. Data Storage & Security

Your personal data never leaves your device:

No cloud uploads of videos or personal data

No data transmission of personal information to third parties
Data is protected by your device's security features

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Apple App Store

Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Apple handles all payment information according to their privacy policy: apple.com/legal/privacy

4.2 RevenueCat

4.3 Analytics

We collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics to improve the app. This data cannot identify you personally and includes:

App feature usage patterns
Crash reports
General device type (not unique identifiers)

4.4 Algorithm Improvement Data

To improve our scoring algorithms, the app transmits anonymous analysis metrics after each swimming analysis. This data includes:

Scoring values and technique metrics (e.g., entry angle, recovery height)
Video metadata (duration, resolution, camera angle)
Pose detection quality indicators

This data does not include:

Your name, profile, or any personal identifiers
Videos or images
Device identifiers or IP addresses

This anonymous data cannot be linked to you and is used solely to calibrate and improve scoring accuracy for all users.

5. Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

Access: All your data is accessible directly in the app
Delete: Delete the app to remove all locally stored data
Export: You can export your analysis videos through standard iOS sharing

6. Children's Privacy

SwimAlyzer is intended for users aged 13 and older (or 16 and older in the EU without parental consent). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under these ages. All data remains local on the device.

7. International Users

Since personal data is stored locally on your device, no international transfers of personal data occur through our app. Anonymous algorithm improvement data (Section 4.4) is transmitted to servers in the European Union.

We operate on the legal basis of contract performance and legitimate interest
